True but you’re measurements can be a strong indicator of potential health problems. That’s why there are guidelines. Not for looks. The body can only handle so much weight before systems and skeleton begin to deteriorate. It’s great to. W comfortable in your own skin but it’s important to understand that one can be “comfortable” in ways that hurt themselves too. I’m working now myself to lose weight for the last time and keep it off so that as I get older I won’t be faced with major health issues and immobility, assuming there isn’t already damage that I don’t know about that can’t be undone.
