    40 pounds of muscle is 7 weeks is impossible without some added help of steroids. 40 pounds of muscle in a year would be very difficult to do naturally.

      Depends on your genetics. If you knew him at all growing up, you know he had supreme genetics.

      For context 1 went from 76kg ( 167 lb) to 84.5kg (186 lb) in 5 weeks, heavy superset training 4 times a week while doing 50+ hours a week full time job and study.
      With plenty of time available to dedicate to maintaining a high quality calorie surplus diet along with the training and 9-10 hours of sleep a night it can be done

    If u put your mind to it 24/7,u can do anything.I’ve done it.U can do it.Healthy liquid milkshake in the morning.Veggies and water during the day.A decent supper,dessert.no eating after 7.stay busy during the day.
